During my final semester at UCF, I had the opportunity to work with professor Michael Cabrera in undertaking a directed research project. I focused on designing characters and environments for an animated project called Candle & Calamari, which tells the story of a group of friends on an alien planet. The finished project was presented at the 2020 Directed Research Showcase.
